Lifetime Guarantee

From 2011 USWE offers a Lifetime Guarantee for all harnesspacks, bracepacks, hydration bladders and accessories. USWE warrants all these products from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. USWE will repair or replace at its discretion any manufacturing defect in these products free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident damage, improper care or cleaning, non-standard usage or negligence.

Refunds and Exchanges

USWE International AB will not offer refunds or exchanges on any products. Refunds and exchanges must be handled through your retailer or distributor.

If your product is not covered under warranty terms, please take it to a local fabric store, luggage repair store, or seamstress for a recommendation.
