Bacteria inside the hydration bladder from old water, sports and energy drinks are one of these things that many athletes don’t want to mess with. Often bacteria leads to bad stomach pain and illness which greatly reduces the performance capacity.

USWE Disposable Hydration Bladders are developed to appeal to athletes with high demands on function and hygiene. Therefore we recommend that each USWE bladder are for disposable use, but can be reused several times within 2 days. By replacing with a new fresh hydration bladder the athlete eliminates all cleaning and scrubbing inside the bladder, and by that save time and energy.
