PURCHASE AT USWE ONLINE
When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.
All pricing at USWE online store is in USD ($). Purchasing from a EU-country the price will be including 25% VAT. Customers outside EU do not pay VAT and therefore purchasing from a non EU-country the price will be excluding VAT and duties. Import duties and other related fees must be paid by the customer from non EU-countries. We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the world market.
$ 9 USD is our fixed freight cost to all our online customers, no matter what you order or where you are located.
Our online orders are delivered by FedEx, UPS Standard/Saver and Posten AB and their international country currier partners. We are unable to ship to box addresses. Make sure that you fill in the complete delivery address and country. Incomplete delivery addresses will not be accepted.
Online orders are delivered from our warehouse in Sweden, during operating hours Monday - Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm. Normal delivery time inside Europe is 3-6 days*, Delivery time to the US and Rest of the World about 3-6 days* Smaller orders of accessories to the US and Rest of the World take about 7-14 days*
* The delivery time applies to orders that are placed on weekdays before 12.00am. For orders that are placed on weekends or after 12.00am the delivery time is counted from the following working day (Monday-Friday). The order is completed once we have received full payment.
30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
As our online customer, you have a 30 day money back guarantee. You can return your USWE product within 30 days and get your money back. The product has to be in unaltered condition and should not have been used. You have to package the product the same way as it was when you received it. More detailed information can be found under "Return". The customer pays for return shipping.
When sending back a USWE product you first have to contact our Customer Service to get a Return Dispatch Note. It is the customer’s responsibility that the product arrives in an undamaged condition. Make sure that the product is well packed. The customer pays for return shipping. The return is not completed until we have received and examine the returned goods. When a return is completed and approved, we’ll refund the money for the product to the same card you used for the purchase.
If we receive returned goods without the proper Return Dispatch Note we can’t approve the return. The goods will be sent back at the customer's expense.

ERROR ON DELIVERY
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into consideration.
ERROR ON DELIVERY BASED ON WRONG ADDRESS INFORMATION
Shipped orders that couldn’t be delivered to the delivery address and returned back to USWE, based on not complete or wrong address information given by the customer, will be charged full shipping costs both ways.
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported by the customer directly to the currier company when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported by the customer to the currier company as soon as they are discovered.
CONFIDENTIALITY WHEN HANDLING PERSONAL INFORMATION
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this, you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best service you expect from us.
USWE will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information. In case you wish to have the excerpt please contact our Customer Service.
