We want you to be totally psyched about the products you purchase from USWE’s webstore at uswe-sports.com. If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund. No questions asked.
The product has to be in unaltered condition, the original hangtags unremoved and the product should not have been used. You have to package the product the same way as it was when you received it.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Fill in the Return Form that came with your order and attach it together with the unused products.
2. Make sure the product is securely wrapped when packing the return. You are responsible for the package until received by us.
3. You can use a courier at your choice. Keep the receipt from the courier and the tracking number if applicable.
If you return because you change your mind, you pay for the return shipping. If you have a complaint and something is wrong with the product, you can make a claim to us. Please contact our Customer service, and we will do everything we can to solve the issue. If your complaint is justified and the claim gets approved, we will reimburse you for the return shipping.
The return is not completed until we have received and examined the returned goods. When a return is completed and approved, we’ll refund the money for the product to the same card you used for the purchase.
Please attach a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation from your purchase. Additionally, it will facilitate the processing if you attach a completed return form, which is enclosed in the package when you receive the items.

When placing an order, the agreement of purchase is reached when your payment has been transferred.
All pricing at uswe-sports.com/us is in USD ($) and is excluding VAT and duties. Import duties and other related fees must be paid by the customer from non EU-countries. If you order from the US, import duties only need to be paid if the total order value exceeds $800, according to the Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015.
We reserve the right to change our prices due to changes in exchange rates or changes in the world market.
Our shipping fee is $9, for all countries.
Our online orders are delivered by FedEx and their international country currier partners. We are unable to ship to box addresses. Make sure that you fill in the complete delivery address and country. Incomplete delivery addresses will not be accepted.
Average delivery time: 2-6 working days
Online orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Sweden, during operating hours Monday - Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm CET/CEST.
During the holiday season orders may take longer than the average delivery time.

ERROR ON DELIVERY
If something is wrong with your delivery, or if you receive the wrong or a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service immediately. The error has to be reported no later than two days after the goods have been received, reports received later will not be taken into consideration.
ERROR ON DELIVERY BASED ON WRONG ADDRESS INFORMATION
Shipped orders that has to be returned to USWE due to incomplete or incorrect address information given by the customer, will be charged full shipping costs both ways.
Visible damage to the goods shall be reported by the customer directly to the carrier company when receiving the package. Hidden damages from transportation have to be reported by the customer to the carrier company as soon as they are discovered.
CONFIDENTIALITY WHEN HANDLING PERSONAL INFORMATION
When placing an order or registering as a customer we will store your personal information. By doing this, you accept that we store the information we need to complete the handling of your order and give you the best possible service.
USWE will not give any personal information to any third party. According to Swedish law on handling of personal information, you can get an excerpt of all information we have stored about you and, if it is not relevant, you can ask us to delete the information.
